Starkey RIC RT model

Right aid will not connect to iPhone 16 pro. Left no problem. Already forgot left aid, and reset all settings on iPhone. AIDS we’re place back in charger, and tried again. Only left will pair.

If your Starkey RIC RT right hearing aid isn’t connecting, try these steps:

  1. Reset Both Aids: Place both hearing aids in the charger, wait 10 seconds, then remove them to restart pairing.
  2. Unpair Both Aids from iPhone: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices, and forget all devices before re-pairing both aids.
  3. Pair One Aid at a Time: Turn off the left aid by placing it in the charger, then pair the right aid first. Once connected, pair the left assistance.

If the right aid still doesn't work, it may need a firmware update or servicing. Contact Starkey Support or your audiologist for assistance.
