I can't read and accept the latest terms to use my iCloud account because the version on my phone, as well as email copy, is in Spanish. This is strange, since I have always used English on my Apple account (many years) and I don't speak Spanish. Note: I don't think I can use iCloud without accepting the new conditions, and I don't want to "accept" something I can't read.

Update/Fix: I just saw that other English-speakers have received terms in other languages as well. One user suggested deleting languages that are not your own under the Settings/General/Languages and Regions setting. I deleted all other languages and, after the phone automatically and quickly restarted, I was able to see the terms in English! Voila!
