Apple car play

I’ve been using apple car play in a 2019 Chevy equinox for over a year now. About a week ago it wouldn’t stay connected. It will connect and then disconnect about 30 seconds later. I’ve tried a different usb cable, removing the phone and resetting and rebooting everything. Any advice?

Try taking the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer and have them check the USB port for any damage or something that could be preventing the cable from connecting completely. You can also check the port on the iPhone. If you have someone else's iPhone that you can check in your vehicle, test that to see if their device works fine.
