Billed for the Disney Duo bundle and Hulu separately, didn't authorize the Hulu solo purchase

The Disney Duo Bundle includes BOTH Disney+ with Ads and Hulu with Ads for $9.99 (now $10.99) a month. I purchased this pack. I was charged for this and had a SEPARATE charge for Hulu. I requested a refund for the solo subscription Hulu, because I didn't purchase solo Hulu. Disney Duo Basic is a SINGLE $9.99 charge that includes Disney+ and Hulu.

Both Hulu and Disney agreed the refund must come from Apple because the purchases originated from the App Store. Apple has denied my refund requests.

Talked to Apple support, same answer. This is... literally theft. I didn't purchase solo Hulu. I wouldn't have purchased solo Hulu because it's included in the Disney Duo Basic.

I accidentally requested a refund of the Disney Duo basic, but I'll be keeping that subscription, obviously. These are to show the denied request of Hulu and full item description of Disney Duo Basic. Again, at this point, the fact that Apple initiated a solo Hulu subscription without my consent, and has since denied the refund request, screams theft. What do I do?
