iPhone won't turn on after being left without charge

This doesn’t not work! I have been on a week trip to my grandmas! I forgot my phone. When I came back to put it on the charger it will NOT turn back on or show the low battery logo. The charging port is not dirty, it did not fall into water and I did not drop it. Force restart does not work for anything. I tried the blow dryer method, the massage method, the smack method and the freezer method. And I do not have any phone technician or a apple store near me. What can I do??

If your iPhone still has the original battery, which came with the phone, it likely needed to be replaced long ago. The simple fact is Lion Batteries, especially really old Lion Batteries, when fully discharged, can die. It sounds like your battery died to me. Whether it would be a good investment to pay Apple to replace the battery is a decision you need to make. I wouldn't pay to have the battery replaced personally. The phone is forever frozen at iOS 15.8.3, it can't run iOS 16, iOS 17 or iOS 18. Many apps are no longer supported on phones which can't run iOS versions higher than iOS 15. If it were my iPhone, I'd have it checked at your Apple Store Genius Bar, but if it is the battery, I'd invest in a new iPhone.

I know this might not help, and depending on the device you have, it's probably not this problem that I have. But I am going to say anyway.

I have a random iPhone SE or 7 or something near that generation, and since it is a bit of generations behind, it of course may run slower. But I tried charging it for hours and absolutely no battery symbol came up. Anyway, it COULD be that.
