My phone updated the new ios by itself and since it downloaded the new ios i get no notifications from specific applications. Also facetime and i message doesn’t work.

You should always perform a forced restart (not just an off and on) after an update. This will fix many issues.
First, restart your iPhone.
Apple recommends only doing a forced restart if the phone is non-responsive, because it immediately terminates all apps without warning to each app to save its data. Thus, it can result in data loss.
A normal shutdown, on the other hand, sends a signal to each app that essentially says “please save your data and shut down”, and when all apps have done so iOS shuts down.
