Found AirPod second generation on VT Maroon Bay 8
Found one air pod second generation at VT maroon bay 8 bus stop on December 6 at around 9 PM. How can I reach out to the owner to give it back

You cannot. The owner can choose to enter contact information when found and it will appear when you hold them up to your phone, but most won't as it simply opens them up to scams. The owner can still track the AirPods, so they know where they are. It is best to leave them in a neutral location where there is high foot traffic as it will take another iPhone nearby to transmit the location to the owner. Common locations are local lost and founds, front desk of nearby business, or the Police Department.
