The SSD's write speed is terribly slow.

And the Adobe Creative Cloud Helper has crashed 194 times. It could have the problem or it could just be a symptom of some other issue.

You have some items installed that I do not recognize. It is possible one of them could be contributing to the problem.

Unfortunately no Kernel Panic log summaries were provided in the report. You can try checking to see if any Kernel Panic log files exist in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" folder and also check in the "Retired" subfolder. Kernel Panic logs usually have file names with "kernel" and/or "panic" in their name. If you find any Kernel Panic logs, then post several of them here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper on the forum editing toolbar.

Also, disconnect all external devices from the laptop to see if that makes any difference.

@WheelieNick has provided a great suggestion as well.

Ahh you have an M2. Is the issue when the restart occurs that you get a failure "no device after powering on the rails"? You might want to check this in the safe mode to see if the issues persist there. if they don't persist in the safe mode they might be caused by an external piece of software, you might want to evaluate the software installed to your Mac

Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.
  2. Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
  4. Select a volume.
  5. Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
  6. The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.
