Apple Watch Series 10 screen glitch

I just recently purchased a Apple Watch series 10, upgraded from the series 7, and within minutes of setting up the watch, the screen started to glitch in certain apps some of the buttons would go pink or green when they were supposed to be a completely different color, and sometimes on the watch faces, it will glitch and the information that is supposed to be in its place will end up stretching across the entire watch. Any suggestions? I’ve tried rebooting works for five minutes if that then goes back to what it was doing before tried I’m installing and reinstalling apps still does it I’m on the verge of returning it. Because this watch is literally less than a week old and I’ve tried just about everything I can think of.

To rule out a software issue, the next step would be unpairing the watch and connecting it again to your iPhone:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support


If still no luck, contact the official Apple Support to get the watch replaced:
