How to add Apple News subscription to iMac from my iPad?

The News app can be synchronized via iCloud. Make sure it is enable on your Mac.

Click System Settings > [your name at the top], then Show All under Apps Using iCloud. Toggle the switch ON for News.

If you are using the same Apple Account on both devices, then your Apple News subscription should already be active on them.
