Messages not syncing between iPad and iPhone
iPad and iPhone were synced before an international trip and then iOS update. Messages are not synced. No place within setting that reads :”forwarding messages.”

Disable iCloud Messages in Settings on both, restart both, re-enable iCloud Messages in Settings, and check again.
