Suggested Less songs will still play days/weeks months after.

I don't really understand Suggest Less if it doesn't do anything. Spotify and Pandora have a good mechanism that says "I don't like this song don't ever play it again." Why doesn't Apple Music follow the functionality and make the suggest feature useful like other music providers? It's a simple ask that I see has existed for years and I'm wondering what Suggest is really used for since it's not suggesting less.
