Smoothness of animations

I occasionally notice a decrease in the smoothness of animations on my iPhone. For example, sometimes opening the Control Center feels a bit laggy or less fluid than usual or when I open Safari and try to swipe the address bar up to view all tabs, the animation feels less smooth. This issue happens sporadically and is not consistent, but it affects the overall experience. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

Are you familiar with a forced restart? It solves a lot of screen related issues.

Force restart iPhone

If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
