Description of the Problem:
I am using an Apple ID registered in Turkey. My account has a remaining balance of 0.6 Turkish Liras, which is preventing me from changing the region of my Apple ID to Ukraine.
The problem is further complicated by the following:
- I cannot spend the remaining balance because my Ukrainian bank card is not accepted for payments in the Turkish App Store.
- Purchases that I find are all more expensive than my balance, and the system doesn’t allow splitting the payment between the balance and the card.
I contacted Apple Support to request a balance reset, but I have not received any response. I also tried finding apps with donations or small purchases that match my balance, but I couldn’t find anything suitable.
Questions:
- How can I spend the small remaining balance to enable changing the region?
- Is there a way to resolve the payment issue with Ukrainian cards in the Turkish App Store?
- Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?
