On an Apple iPhone in iOS Wi-Fi settings where does one find link rate (“Wi-Fi speed”) and other WLAN parameters?

I have this corporate iPhone, which compliments my personal Pixel, and despite having had it for a while I am still lost in the menus of iOS 17 and iOS 18. Please help:

  • Where can I see the Wi-Fi connection speed, or more precisely the link rate for the WLAN that the iPhone is connected to?
  • Also, it would be great to see what 802.11 version (N, AC, AX, etc), frequency (2.4ghz, 5ghz, 6ghz) and the version of WiFi Protected Access (WPA2/WPA3) is on.

It seems really odd that I can’t find these critical performance and security attributes of a WiFi link, especially when connecting in public places like airports, hotels, and conference centres.

I read in these forums that an app may be required to access these parameters, but other than it being an unbelievably bizarre way to compliment a modern OS capabilities, I fail to corroborate such suggestions with finding an app for that purpose.

Thank you all in advance for helping me to get to know this iPhone a bit more.
