My Apple Watch Series 4 is not updating Cardio activities
My iwatch is not updating with cardio fitness since 22/11/24. This is an important health measure for me.

Did you already try to force restart your watch and iPhone after the latest updates?
To force restart your watch, hold down the Digital Crown and the Side button at the same time for at least 10sec, until the Apple Logo comes back again on the screen.
