I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the availability of the Apple Trade-In program in Toronto, Canada.
I currently own three iPhones: iPhone 7, iPhone XS, and iPhone 12 Pro. All of these devices were purchased in Ukraine and are in good working condition. I will be traveling to Toronto in a few days, and I would like to know if I can bring these devices to an Apple Store in Toronto to trade them in for credit towards the purchase of a new iPhone 16 Pro.
Could you please confirm:
- Whether devices purchased outside of Canada (specifically in Ukraine) are eligible for the Trade-In program in Toronto.
- If it is possible to trade in multiple devices at the same time for a single new iPhone.
- Any additional requirements or limitations I should be aware of.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance so that I can make the necessary preparations before my trip.
