Why can't I pair my Shokz with my updated iPhone?

Ever sense I updated my phone I cannot pair to my Shokz with my iPhone? And it’s not just my pair also my husbands. Anyone else experience this and how do I fix it?

did you make the iphone forget the Bluetooth headset and then put it back into pairing mode and reconnect?
