Office365 OneDrive document scanning issue on iPad Pro
I use Office365 on an iPad Pro and use OneDrive to store my documents. In the last month or so when I scan documents onto the iPad with HP Smart and save them to OneDrive; I can see the document but cannot open that document. Using the 3 vertical … alongside the file name instead of the drop down list of options it only displays “details”. I have repeated the process to Dropbox and the file is fine and opens OK. I have googled this and tried a lot of the recommended solutions to no effect. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution.
