How to choose the right size Alpine Loop Band for my Apple Watch?

my wrist is 180 mm

im considering buying the alpine loop

However im indecisive about getting the medium or large band

i want to g-hook to not be at the bottom of my wrist but at the side .

Which one should he choose.
