Locking AE/AF (Auto Exposure/Auto Focus) in the Camera app while recording a video ensures that the exposure and focus settings remain fixed during the shoot. However, once a video has been recorded, there is no way to "disable" or adjust the AE/AF lock settings within the video itself through editing in most native video editors, because those settings are applied during recording and are not part of the video data you can change afterward.

If you want to adjust exposure and focus after shooting the video, you would need to use video editing software that offers tools for manual adjustments or reprocessing footage, but these tools can't change the AE/AF lock once the video is captured.

Your camera settings are applied to what goes into the video recording software. They settings are not part of the video itself. If, for example, your video is out of focus then information stored in the video file is out of focus data, not sharp image data with a blur factor. If you used a setting incorrectly you would have to adjust it using video editing software, if that is even possible. That will require specialized software and may not be an easy task to accomplish if at all possible.
