How can I recover voice memos from a lost Apple Watch?

I lost my Iwatch and I have very important voice memos I need to recover on my watch. How can I recover them? Can I login to the Iwatch app and recover them? I was hoping I could recover them from logging in to my apple.com, but you don't have access to apple watch other than to mark it lost. The battery is dead wherever it is! I have a huge final and need the memos on my watch. I have an Iphone 11 and I could never get it sync'd - HELP!

Those voice memos would have only been backed up to an iPhone or if your Watch was part of a Family Setup (now known as Apple Watch for Kids). An Apple Watch cannot otherwise, to my knowledge, make a backup. If you were unable to get your Watch and your iPhone to sync and your Watch was not part of Family Setup, then I'm sorry to say that all the data on that Watch is gone.
