iPad locked after turning on voice over

You double-tap on each digit of the number. The first time it will say the number, the next time it will register it.

If you have Siri set to work while the phone is locked, try saying, "Hey, Siri, turn off VoiceOver."

I believe that you need to speak the commands , for example … speak an action =

double tap , then speak the name of the item = show numbers
