Apple Cash payment issue: $240 withdrawn but not received

Hello, can someone help me? I made a payment through Apple Cash and it wasn't sent to the person because it said pending, but the $240 had already been withdrawn from my bank account and I cancelled it because it never arrived. 4 hours passed and I cancelled it and now my money is not in my account. Can someone help me?
