How can I sync music from my Mac to my iPhone?

Hello,

I am currently trying to get a few songs from my macbook onto my iPhone. I have and use apple music and have the Cloud Music Library enabled. This setting is preventing me from syncing my iPhone with my mac and getting these songs onto my iPhone. I am worried that if I turn off this setting, all my music and playlists will disappear and was hoping there was another way to get around it and sync this music to my iPhone.

I have tried numerous YouTube videos and all of them have that Cloud Music Library option disabled, but have lots of music and playlists and I am just worried that if I disable this option to get a few songs from my macbook, everything else will get deleted.

Please help!

Thank you!

"Thank you for the reply.: Unfortunately with the setting being on, it will not allow me to access the window. I have tried to bypass that and nothing seems to work unless I turn off that Cloud Music Library setting. I however, do not want to lose my music and turn off that setting on my iPhone. I am getting a message saying, 'You can play and download songs on all your devices. To sync music from this mac, turn off Cloud Music Library.'"

Back Up, then Turn this Off:

All will remain in iCloud Music. Think about it: As you add devices, they can access the Apple Music. So, turn off Cloud Music Library syncing, and then perform with the transfer.

Important: Back up your iPhone:

Create backup you your iPhone prior to turnng this off, so that you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong with the upda

"Syncing music from mac to Iphone"

-------

Do so in Finder, while connected:

  1. Open: a new Finder window
  2. Connect: your iPhone to the Mac (via a USB cord (and an adapter, if necessary)
  3. Enter: the iPhone's Passcode (if never paired before)
  4. Click: your iPhone from ''your iPhone's name'' from the Locations section.
  5. Click: 'Music' tab (first tab in from General).
  6. Select: ''Sync music onto [your iPhone's name]''.
  7. Let it All Sync.
