Mac Studio M2 Max high pitched noise pulsing

I've seen some complaints here about the high-pitched noise in the Mac Studio models. I've recorded and visualised it (see below): the blue sharp narrow "wave" at around 4kHz is really getting annoying. Must definitely come from the power unit considering there are no other moving parts or parts handling high voltage inside Mac Studio.

Any solutions or ideas?

Early after the release of the Mac Studio, Readers tried to blame the noise (that turned out to be the whistling noise) on Coil Whine. That is NOT a "known issue" on these Macs. But that could possibly be an issue on certain samples of the product. Each case would have to be evaluated separately.

Coil whine can occur when the wires in wire-would coils vibrate freely. Apple's solution might be to replace the power supply board. The home-made solution is to put some clear silicon-sealer (rubbery and non-conductive when cured) in-between the wires of the coil to damp out the vibration.

First. try to eliminate the most obvious problems already seen and solved:

early Mac Stidio with wrap-around air exit grille had a whistling problem, fixed by eliminating the warp around:
