Motherboard Issue in Two-Year-Old iPhone 14 Pro Max

my iPhone 14 Pro Max, purchased approximately two years ago. The device has stopped functioning entirely, and upon visiting your authorized service center, I was informed that the motherboard has failed and requires replacement.

Not aware that Apple is making devices for short duration!

Sorry your iPhone had a failure, but it does occur. Sometimes stuff breaks, for reasons we users can't determine. We all wish it wouldn't, but no manufacturer makes perfect products. Apple's products are at least as reliable as any other phone manufacturer.

As to your issue, if the authorized service center has diagnosed a failure of the main logic board, then you'll either need to pay to have the iPhone repaired, assuming you don't have an AppleCare+ plan on it, or you'll need to put the money toward another phone.

Regards.
