Ambiguous LCI indicator color on iPhone 12

LCI indicator was "ever so slightly amber indicating possible liquid contact" as per an iStore. Apple Support only refers to two colours - silver/white if no contact and fully red if there has been any contact.

I was told by an iStore that my LCI indicator was "ever so slightly amber indicating possible liquid contact". As a result they gave me a vastly reduced trade in value on my iPhone 12 which I refused. On Apple Support it only refers to two colours - silver/white if no contact and fully red if there has been any contact. I have used torches, magnifying glasses etc and I cannot see what they are referring to. So is there an amber indicator or not?
