I’ve tried to add !!3 different cards!! to add in Apple Pay and every time it was written "this payment method not valid" Visa, Mastercard, revolut. End every time same error. I’ve called bank and they couldn’t find any problems with my bank account

Your country or region is probably an issue. They may not support adding you card while you’re in Ukraine.
Apple is not a bank and cannot authenticate adding a payment method. I suspect the fraud department at the bank is blocking the card. If not the bank, it’s Visa. Your bank’s fraud department can contact Visa.
Are you adding cards to Apple Pay or Apple Account? They are separate apps. Wallet App looks like this,

Yes, you opened the Settings app and you’re adding a payment method to Apple Account (formerly Apple ID). What bank is that and what country is the bank in?

Ok, but I’m not in Ukraine now, and I want to add ROMANIAN bank.( sent you screenshot) Whats a problem to add another card? If I loose this Ukrainian bank- I could not use any subscription because I cannot add another one, right?
I’m living in Romania now. I have 3 banks. No problems with my accounts. Those cards already in Apple wallet- working without problems. But to add it for AppStore - I cannot. Sent you screenshot above. I want just to add one more payment card

That icon is for the Apple App Store. You cannot add a credit or debit card from that app.
But I already have card there. Want to add one more. But cannot neither add nor delete. Although, cancelled all subscriptions
No you don’t. I’m willing to help you as much as you want. But you do not have a card there. Your banks app may be there, but you’re opening one of the two apps I shared above.
