Goods not delivered paid by apple pay

Is there any recourse when having paid for goods with Apple Pay and them not being delivered.

Need Help: Unable to Reach Merchant After Apple Pay Purchase Hi everyone, I need some guidance. My daughter made a purchase through Apple Pay on a website called GlamTrend on July 1. Unfortunately, we never received the item, and we’ve been unable to get in touch with the merchant despite multiple attempts. I’ve already contacted Apple Pay and Green Dot Bank several times (at least six calls), but both keep directing me back to the merchant — who I can’t reach at all. At this point, I feel stuck and don’t know what the next steps should be. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to escalate a dispute or get help when the merchant is unresponsive? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, please contact the bank that issued the payment method (credit card or debit card) you used and inquire about their fraud protection. Payment Network Operators such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc. offer fraud protection on some cards as well.
