Can I restrict adult websites for a particular user?

We have an Imac on our main floor and the kids are using it for homework and stuff. On my kids ipads, I have screentime setup, but this is just a general computer that all the kids will use. I made one generic user "kids" and was wondering if there's a way to restrict adult sites for the "kids" user? I know you can restrict via screentime, but that requires each kid logging in to their apple id correct? This computer is really just something setup for a quick access to the internet to look something up. Thanks!

iMac (M4)

Here are some of your options:

-You can restrict whichever websites you want via Screen Time, but that would require the "Kids" user to be signed into an Apple ID with those Screen Time restrictions on it. It wouldn't require a single user for each kid, unless you have personalized restrictions you'd like to make. Signing into one of their Apple ID's would work just fine, so long as blocking those sites on all the devices of at least one of your children would be okay. It wouldn't require connecting any other services either, such as Messages, Photos, etc.

-You could of course make a new Apple ID just for using the computer and add the restrictions to that account.

-Alternatively, many wifi routers have built-in tools for controlling which devices can access which sites, but that's a little more in-depth than a simple Screen Time restriction.

I hope this helps!
