Airpods playing out of wrong speaker

I have been using my Airpods for about 4-5 months now and I usually listen to music at about half volume. A couple months ago, my music was mainly playing out of the left Airpod. However, I eventually got used to it and just played it off. As of the past couple of days, though, I could hear out of both Airpods and my dad said he could hear my music. I moved one of them around my ear a little bit and this seemed to be happening because sound was being put out of the wrong speaker. Is there any way to fix this?
