My wife can see every single message I send and receive from her phone I don’t know how and she can also see my calls everything I think she can see what I’m doing in my phone , how she can do that and how to stop that

I’m not entirely certain what was meant by “share iCloud+”, which could mean sharing an Apple Account, or having separate accounts with Family Sharing configured.
Sharing an Apple account with anyone (including your daughter) is not what you want to do, and will share ~everything.
Otherwise, your carrier is somehow sharing your SMS or RCS chats, and call data.
Or you’re being gaslit.
Also, more generally, run Safety Check, and set up two-factor authentication, and related steps.

She probably knows your Apple ID password or just looks at the phone bill. Wait til she finds out that she can use the wifi to check out other things lol
Turn off messages for iCloud or change your password.

No she has Samsung and I have iPhone , but me and my daughter have family plan from phone carrier and I share iCloud + with my daughter only , that’s it
I don't have a Samsung phone here to test, so we'll have to wait and see if there any other Samsung users on this support forum.
