Don’t have the materials to verify myself on Apple Pay

I lost my Apple Pay due to me using to much of it and it is now asking for an identification but I understand that when my parents put my age they put me as a 34 year old, and so I have now changed it because I am 15 but do not have any identification like a state id or any license and so I was wondering if there’s anything I can do to get it back before I get any sort of identification

It’s against the terms and conditions of the bank for anyone under 18 to have an account. It specifically states,

>>in order to create an Apple Cash Account and use the Services, you must: (i) be 18 years of age or older;<<

It’s pretty clear what’s restricted. You risk further damage to your ability to open bank accounts and other essential services. Go to a bank with a parent and open a debit card account for teens. There’s your solution. Opening another Apple Cash account would be a poor decision.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done. You’ve reached the $500 cumulative limit on transactions and must now positively identify yourself.

Your account is currently restricted. But once the bank finds out you (or your parents) lied about your age, the account will be locked and permanently closed.

Banking is built on trust. Lying to the bank about your age betrayed the trust the bank had in you to be truthful. Maybe when you’re 21 the bank will consider opening an account for you again.
