Sleep Cycle App lowers incoming calls ring

Why does my sleep cycle app not allow iphone incoming calls to ring loudly when Sleep Cycle app is engaged?

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18

Please check if the App is included in the Focus (for example, Do Not Disturb, Personal, or Work etc) --> Set up a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
