Why can't I access the Second Page of my iPhone app folders?

Hi,

there is a bug in IOS when using a regional settings that used a right to left language (hebrew, arabic),

the bug is when you have a folder with more than 3 pages, you cannot access the second page.

as the folder jumps back automatically to the first page, so you cannot access any app in the second page.
