EtreCheck - kernel panics and below average performance

After updating to MacOS Sequoia, my 2020 intel MacBook Air i5 has been restarting itself, while sleeping, due to kernel panics. EtreCheckPro has revealed that it also has a below average performance. What could be the causes of those two issues?

Sorry, I was just trying to solve the most important issue.

The "low performance" comes from:

There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

You'll have to figure out what system modifications you really need, removing the rest and checking performance.
