How can I stop the" Mobile Data Popup" on my iPad running iOS 17?

When I upgraded to iOS17 I switched into the idiocy of having this popup telling me, every time I’m offline and open an app which can be used online, that Mobile Data is switched off. I don’t need to be told this, because I have a brain. It is beyond annoying.

i use my iPad offline a lot, to listen to Music that I have downloaded already, read books on Kindle that I have downloaded already, play games that I have downloaded already, etc etc.

using: iOS17 on an iPad 8th gen.
