Every time my iPhone 15 Pro hits 80% battery level it immediately and automatically goes into low power mode making me manually disable it several times a day.
I need to disable this. Can anybody help?

It appears that you have a defective battery.
Have the battery checked and tested at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.
