iPhone XS Max battery drops to 75% and restarts frequently

My phone battery level has gone down to 75% and it often gets automatically restarted what should I do

Hello~ Make an appointment to have it replaced. Once your iPhone battery is below 80% it needs a new battery.

Are you saying that if you check the battery settings........


Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity....that the battery is at 75%?


If yes, the battery should have been replaced when it dropped below 80%, so the phone is already months overdue for a new battery.


Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area using this link:
