Hello everyone.
The battery status of my iPhone keeps changing between 1% and 100% (and everything in between) and sometimes the phone turns off because a ‘low battery’ warning.
According to iOS the battery is at 87% capacity.
What should I do to stop this?

This is likely indicating that your battery (or possibly other hardware) has failed. Battery Health cannot detect all possible battery problems.
Your iPhone 6s is between 5 and 9 years old. Has the battery ever been replaced?
If the battery does need to be replaced, you should put some serious thought into upgrading to a newer model. An iPhone 6s cannot be updated beyond iOS 15. Many popular apps are starting to require iOS 16 or 17.
