"13 viruses detected!" pop-up every 60 seconds on Mac OS 15.1.1

The pop-up includes "from bolingor.co.in Your browser is infected! Action required!" This pop-up has been around for years, particularly on the iPhone and the link is a known malicious site (no, I didn't click on it!). I can't seem to find a recent procedure to eliminate it. CleanMyMac did not find it. It is apparently linked to Safari. I checked Safari extensions and found nothing unusual (I have just one).

Can someone help me get rid of this annoyance??? Many thanks!

That was all I needed! It was a notification, not a pop-up. Many thanks. Sometimes the obvious eludes us.

Agree. It was a free trial and is now cancelled. Deleted the app.

Along with stedman1's note, get rid of CleanMyMac. It has no purpose other than costing you money and slowing your computer down.
