I listened to a friend and changed my Sim card into an eSIM, not knowing what I was doing and now my phone is staying in SOS mode. Does anyone know how I can convert it back to my physical Sim?

Your cellular service provider needs to convert it back. Some carriers can do it remotely, but most require a visit to their retail location.

unfortunately we can only guide you in the correct direction when its related to the device, but this seems to be a network issue... id recommend you consult with your network provider on getting another Sim Card assigned.
