You cannot install Windows PC software on your iPad. While McAfee does have installable Apps within the Apple App Store, compatible with your iPad, "Live safe" is not one of them.
Be aware that so called security Apps for iPad and iPhone offer very little (if any) advantages - and often cause more issues than they purport to resolve.
Due to the iOS/iPadOS sandbox security architecture, installed Apps can only access data or resources within their own sandbox. As such, security software cannot access resources of other Apps.
