My Apple Watch is stuck in Focus mode

I cannot turn the Focus off and it seems to be my Apple Watch that is the culprit but that does not matter since I cannot seem to get it turned off on my watch or change any of its settings Furthermore the watch goes into locked mode constantly Both things are infuriating it is beginning to make me wonder why I trusted Apple with all my devices AND those for my husband Lastly why the **** am I unable to use any punctuation with these posts Ugh

When your Mac is set to "Do Not Disturb" (DND), your iPhones will also be automatically switched to "Do Not Disturb." To prevent this synchronization, consider disabling the "Share Across Devices" option, as illustrated in the image below.

With "Share Focus Status" enabled, when you receive a text message, the sender is informed that you have notifications silenced. They are given the choice to override this by selecting "Notify Anyway." If the sender opts for this, you will receive the notification, even if you have silenced notifications for all.

See the pic below. Though this depicts for Personal but same applies to Sleep Focus
