How can I submit suggestions to Apple and understand the Apple Support Community?

Long ago, Aug 18 2021 , I (grumpyoldman2) asked a question, then asked "is there seriously no response from apple on this"

The question was answered at the time by Old Toad & Yer_Man.

Where Yer_Man mentioned that this community was only volunteers & not Apple.

Recently (20 Oct 2024 - 3 years after the post) I got an "uptick" on the,

Is there seriously no response from apple on this?

comment, which seems to have earned me a couple of points (Wow ;-)

But I so wish I knew who that was & how we could actually make suggestions to Apple to improve things.

eg. I just posted,

Is there a global way of changing/adding/removing a subscriber to iPhoto shared albums?

& in it suggest how some things might be better organised.

So this is really a question about how this community works, is there an FAQ on that?

& perhaps how such suggestions can get through to Apple.
