Why is my Stealth Cam data card reader not working on my iPhone?

I am in the US trying to connect a Stealth Cam data card reader to my iPhone. The device was sold to me in the US and Stealth Cam is available to connect the iPhone directly to the cameras. My cameras are not capable. Why does the phone tell me this device is not available in my region??

Now it’s , coming up with “preview reels” instead of the instagram page for example when I scan it . And then it comes up with “This app clip is not currently available in your country or region” when I press on it. the QR codes work on QR scanning apps perfectly fine too. it just seems to be the iPhone camera. Apple Store shopping online from abroad Hi. I currently reside in Japan and I really don't want to buy iPhone here because it has a camera shutter sound that you can not get rid off. Any chance of purchasing an iPhone from let's say germany or so and get it sent to Japan? I mean only direct means. no proxy. Straight through Apple Store. Thank you

Vision Pro use outside of the US I purchased a Vision Pro in the US and was later transferred to Trinidad. Will my Vision Pro continue to work? Will I need to use a VPN?
