Not receiving notification from specific contacts on my iPhone

Ever since my old phone, I dont recieve any notifications for when my wife texts me. And its only her texts. Ive checked everything in her contact info, I have notifications on. Vibration and sound alerts.

i thought changing phones would fix it, and I changed phone a few months ago and it never worked. Kind of annoyed.
