Requesting refund for wrong payment on iPhone
I sent 20$ to the wrong number can I have a refund please help !

If they have not received it you can cancel it. Since you are never expected to send money to someone you do not know, normally you would be sending it to one of your contacts and you would be able to ask them for the money back. Apple Cash is a private transaction between 2 parties without any protections provided by a Credit Card. It is like giving someone on the street $20, where if you want it back you would have to ask them. You can't go to the bank and get the money back from them.
