Issue started with previous IOs version. Upgraded to 18.2 and problem still exists even with wall paper photos the worked previously. How to correct this issue so photo appears on opening Home Screen.

This is definitely a bug and I’m also experiencing this. Sometimes the screen goes completely dark. Sometimes half of the screen is black and the other half of the photo. Stability has decreased since iOS 18 but substantially since 18.2.
